Newfound Boat Club is a privately owned and gated facility.

A short cruise down the Fowler River brings you to a breathtaking northern and easterly view of Newfound Lake, surrounded by its beautiful mountains.

The clubhouse provides restrooms, tables and an area for club meetings. Every slip shares an electrical service, shared with their neighbor. Ample parking for the owners vehicle and guest vehicle. On-site trailer parking, for the boat occupying the slip, is available in the Corral Area.

Those enjoying an evening cruise, will be greeted by a "gently lit" boardwalk creating a magical welcoming back to the club facility.

Every boat slip has an assigned "maximum boat length". The slips maximum boat lengths range between : 17', 19', 22', and 25'. Boats share, with their neighbor, 1/2 of the "open water area" between docks. Each "open water area" varies throughout the facility. Some will accomodate wider boats than other slips.

Boat slips are sold or rented privately, by the owner or through a Real Estate Agent. NBC does not buy, sell or rent any slip.
